This is easily accessible when you visit the company page on linkedIn, then the insights tab. Then the 1y growth details are there on the page. Could someone quide me on how to set up this enrichment?

I have a list of the CEOS / people so I'm understanding I'd first need to enrich this list with the company LinkedIN URLs. Then find Company headcount growth action for 12 months.

Set up the "Enrich Company" action to get company LinkedIn URLs for all rows 2. Set up the "Find Company Headcount Growth" action using the LinkedIn URLs as input The enrichment will run for all rows in your table, processing the complete dataset of 450+ entries. For best accuracy with the headcount growth data, use the LinkedIn URLs obtained from the first enrichment step. If LinkedIn URLs aren't available for some companies, you can also use company domains or Sales Navigator URLs as alternative inputs.
To calculate employee growth over the last 12 months for your dataset, use the "Find Company Headcount Growth" action which will provide: 1. Current Employee Count 2. Employee Count 12 Months Ago 3. Percent Employee Growth Over Last 12 Months The action will automatically process all 450+ rows in your table. For best results, make sure you have one of these inputs for each company: ** Company LinkedIn URLs (recommended for highest accuracy) ** Company domains * Sales Navigator URLs The action will return detailed employee count data including the specific percentage growth over the 12-month period, along with historical employee counts at various time intervals.
