Troubleshooting Clay and Reply.io Integration Issues During Free Trial

hi! ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm testing Clay through a free trial - so far so good! Now I want to push contacts directly to Reply.io campaign. I added reply.io API key to Clay. I find Reply.io's campaign ID and I send work email as the input parameter, but I get invalid input as the output in cells (see both screenshots) with error message Campaign or contact not found. is it a bug? Or I'm not able to push contacts to Reply.io simply because I'm still using a free trial and not a paid plan with email sequencing integrations?

    The "Campaign or contact not found" error is likely not related to your free trial status. The Reply.io integration requires two key setup elements: 1. A valid Reply.io API key properly added to Clay in Settings > Connections 2. An active campaign already set up in Reply.io (Clay can add contacts to existing campaigns but cannot create new ones)When using the Push Contact to Campaign action, make sure: ** Your Campaign ID is correctly selected from the available options ** The work email column is properly mapped in the Email Address field * Try refreshing the fields to load available campaigns if no options appearThis integration is available on the Explorer+ pricing plan, so if you're able to access the Reply.io integration panel, your trial should support this feature.
