Exporting Uncontacted Leads from Instantly to Clay for Corrections

I have pushed about 400 leads to Instantly campaign with custom variables with error done by GPT and AI in Clay. I paused the campaign. The question is, how to export 'Not contact yet' from instantly, import back to Clay and not waste credits on verifying leads with debounce, since they were already verified? I just need to fix the AI and GPT tasks, run them and push to Instantly.

You can use Instantly's "Find leads" action to export your "Not contacted yet" leads back to Clay. Add an Instantly enrichment column, select "Find leads" action, input the campaign ID, and it will return all leads with their status. Filter for "Not contacted yet" leads. Then export this filtered data as CSV from Clay's Actions menu > Export > Download CSV. Import this CSV back into your original Clay table using "write to table" feature to preserve your verified email data and avoid re-verification costs. Fix your AI/GPT tasks on the imported data, then push the corrected leads back to Instantly.

If you are looking to export certain leads from Instantly, you can start by exporting the leads from Instantly via a CSV to then add it to Clay.

Hey Petar, Here's a quick breakdown of what to do here: 1. Import Your CSV Start by uploading the CSV of leads you exported from Instantly. 2. Use "Lookup Row in Another Table" After the import, use the "Lookup row in another table" step to search through the table you’ve already been working with. 3. Filter for Verified Leads Once the lookup is done, you’ll be able to see which leads are verified. That way, you can focus only on the ones that are ready to go. 4. Set Up Your AI Columns Again Now that you've got your filtered list, go ahead and re-set your AI columns (like job title, LinkedIn URL, etc.). 5. Push Back to Instantly Last step — push the cleaned and enriched leads right back into Instantly.
