How to Add More Rows to Your List in Clay and Adjust Filters for More Profiles

Ā·
Ā·

Hi all I'm new to Clay so this might be a basic question, but I added so many filters to my initial list that everyone got filtered out. Is there a way to add more people to the list than the original 300 profiles I had loaded? It looks like initially there were 2500 rows and then i limited it to 300 given the credit count but now that there's no rows that meet my criteria, I'd like to load more rows that might meet the criteria. How do I do this?

Hey David P., on the bottom left there is a "Import" button. you can then import more companies from LinkedIn or whatever - its the same interface as when importing into a new fresh table šŸ™‚

Hmmm but the whole point is to keep all the same columns i added so creating a new table makes me have to redo everything agin

You can use a lookup to pull data from one table to another, this way you will save credits:

Hi Juan P. - Iā€™m not looking to lookup information in another table and bring it into a table. I am trying to add more contacts in my original table. The lookup feature doesnā€™t make sense here because I am trying to get NEW contacts with the same table information Iā€™ve already setup in my existing table because my filters have now filtered out many of the contacts that I had initially. I need more contacts now

What you want to do is use the same companies you used for your initial search but with different parameters, right? If so, I wouldn't click the import button but go to that other original table you used, run the new people search, and import into the other table. The message you're seeing above is that it won't allow you to import is because it thinks you're trying to reference the list of people as companies, but the default behavior to prevent duplicate enrichment is Company Tables -> People Tables.
