Guys, clay has been astronomically slow for everyone on my team. And we're not even trying to do anything complicated. This happens throughout the weeks, and it delays our production time drastically. Is anyone else getting the same issues?
Several factors can cause Clay to run slowly: 1. Large tables or complex workflows with multiple linked tables can create latency issues. 2. Try performing a hard refresh: • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R 3. For larger tables, loading delays are common and can appear as empty spaces or slow processing. 4. To improve performance: • Break large data requests into smaller batches • Check your network connection stability • Ensure search queries are specific If issues persist, please share more details about what specific operations are running slowly so we can better troubleshoot.
Same here!
Same here in this thread from last week with no update, cc Joel B. https://clayrunhq.slack.com/archives/C025KSBLPGX/p1749112820215819
Hey Harvey (& team) — sorry about that. Has your team been running any enrichments or made recent changes to the data? We pushed an update recently that could affect performance, and there was also a bug on Friday. Trying to see if it’s related or something else entirely. Let me know what you’re seeing.
Hey — can you share a bit more about what you mean by “slower”? Is it the lookup run time, how long it takes to add enrichments, or something else? That’ll help us pinpoint what’s going on.
Trying to open a column enrichment and writing formula- the most basic things
Takes ages to load
Hi harvey, Thank you for following up! I'm unable to reproduce this on my side, can you share the table you're working from? As soon as I have that I'll jump in and take a look! I look forward to your response!
no need... everything is slow
