hey, our credits renewed on thanksgiving day 😢 and we lost about 5K credits, can we get them added back to our account please? Don't want to associate clay with a bad thanksgiving day 🦃 🙏....

It typically takes 1-2 hours after the renewal time for credits to be reflected in your account due to our card provider's transaction processing time. For example, if your renewal happened at noon on Thanksgiving, the credits might appear by 1 PM.If it's been more than 2 hours since your renewal and you still don't see your credits, please let me know and I'll help resolve this right away.
