If your credits haven't appeared after your plan renewal, this is likely due to a normal processing delay. It typically takes 1-2 hours after the renewal time for credits to be reflected in your account due to our card provider's transaction processing time. For example, if your renewal happened at noon on Thanksgiving, the credits might appear by 1 PM.If it's been more than 2 hours since your renewal and you still don't see your credits, please let me know and I'll help resolve this right away.
