Tips to Improve Zenrows Scraping Speed for Large Lead Lists

Any recommendations on how to have Zenrows scrape faster? I know this is obviously a 3rd party tool but curious to know if there are some recommendations for this - for lead lists of 10k+, it is pretty slow at scraping. Adding our settings in the screenshot
