Phone Number List: Apollo API Credits, Provider Refunds, and Clay Recommendations

Hey, Im building a phone number list using waterfall:

1.
I'm on Apollo API: how much credits are we consuming per phone number found? Even email if you have the data for that
2.
For the rest of the providers: does anyone of it refunds a credit if there's no phone number found?
3.
do you have suggestion of which providers linked with Clay would suits best for mobile number search?
