Understanding People Data Labs: Interpreting Growth Percentages

Hey, team. I have a question about People Data Labs. Is it correct to interpret its results in this way (using the value 0.2 as an example): 0.2 = 20% engineering growth?

    Based on the data structure from People Data Labs, employee growth rates are provided as decimal values in the output, where the growth rate is represented in decimal form. So yes, a value of 0.2 would indeed represent a 20% growth rate. Source: Enrich Company with People Data Labs
