Consolidating and Importing People Data from Multiple Companies into One List

I'm trying to consolidate all the ppl searches to one file coming from 1-2 company table, I successfully collate ppl from comp1 to ppl1. But when I'm trying to import ppl from comp2 to ppl1 list, the table is not showing.
