Hey Clay team, this might be a little bit outside of your support, but Im trying to connect zapier to clay and running into this issue where nothing is being pulled. Ive tried creating a new api key and reconnecting but its not working
If Zapier isn't pulling data from Clay after reconnecting with a new API key, try the following steps:
** Double-check that your API key is correct and active. You can find or regenerate your API key in Clay by going to your profile picture β Settings β Your Profile β API Key. Make sure you copy and paste it exactly into Zapier when connecting your account.
** When setting up the Zap, ensure you select the correct workspace and table. If Zapier shows "No options are available" for Workspace ID, copy the Workspace ID from your Clay URL (it appears after workspaces/
in the URL) and paste it into Zapier using the "custom" option. Do the same for Table or View IDs if needed.
* After connecting, configure the Zapier action to send or receive data from the correct workspace and table, and test the Zap to confirm data appears in Clay.
If you still have trouble, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
thx
that worked for the workspace, but now its not pulling in a new table I made about an hour ago
If Zapier isn't recognizing a new table you created in Clay, try the following steps:
** In Zapier, when selecting a table, sometimes new tables don't appear immediately. You can manually enter the Table ID by copying it from your Clay URL. The Table ID appears after tables/
in the URL (e.g., [https://app.clay.com/workspaces/WORKSPACEID/tables/TABLEID
](https://app.clay.com/workspaces/WORKSPACEID/tables/TABLEID`)). In Zapier, use the "custom" option to paste this ID.
** Ensure you've refreshed the Zapier connection after creating the new table.
* If the table still doesn't appear, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Clay account in Zapier, then repeat the steps above.
If you continue to have trouble, you can request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" in this chat.
