Automating HubSpot List Updates in Clay: How to Set It Up

Hi, we have a list in hubspot that auto-updates every monday, this list has been manually imported to clay once - how can we set it up so that it is automatically refreshed and updated in clay too - is this possible?

You can set up your HubSpot list to automatically update in Clay in two ways: 1. Configure hourly updates: • CRM sources, including HubSpot lists, can be set to update automatically on an hourly basis. 2. Manual refresh: • Navigate to the Sources section • Find your HubSpot list source • Use the "Update Now" option to pull in the most recent data and refresh your table Note that while HubSpot active lists will auto-update according to their own schedule in HubSpot, you'll need to use one of the above methods to ensure your Clay table stays in sync with those updates.

Hi Josephine. The HubSpot import options to import contacts/companies should refresh on a ~24hr cycle, based on the time they were last run. In the future, we may add ability to refresh on a shorter or longer schedule. Are there any specific tables/imports from HubSpot that should be updating, but aren't?
