Issue Syncing OpenAI API Key with Clay: Need Assistance

Hi, I tried adding my OpenAI API key to Clay and when I tested it I got a warning. In my OpenAI account I have $55 and I set up autoreload when I get down to $5. Can someone help me with this? Not sure why I can't get this to sync. I did the same thing with Anthropic Claude and it worked perfectly.

The warning you're seeing is likely due to your OpenAI API usage tier, not your account balance. For reliable use of OpenAI in Clay, you need higher token per minute (TPM) limits than what's provided in free or tier 1 plans. To resolve this: 1. Check your current usage tier at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits 2. Ensure you have at least 30,000 TPM for ChatGPT columns or 450,000 TPM for Claygent 3. If needed, upgrade to a tier 2 API key following the instructions at https://community.openai.com/t/how-to-move-up-in-usage-tiers/677788 The warning indicates that actions may run slowly due to low account limits, even with sufficient funds. Upgrading your OpenAI API key to a higher tier should resolve the issue and improve performance in Clay.
