I've had a few Claygent runs just stuck running, but the workbook doesn't show updates happening. No way to stop them and rerun cause it says all rows have run.
How can I get them to actually run without force running all rows (3k/7k have run successfully prior to the error)
For stuck Claygent runs, click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset the stuck state. This will jumpstart the column without additional charges for re-running rows.
Alternatively, create a new column by duplicating the current one, filter for rows where the current column "is empty," then run the AI on just those rows. Use the "merge columns" feature to combine results.
Jeff - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Bo (. Its been almost an hour since the first person reported this. Can you update your status page or something to let people know this is happening. It's broken basically all of my auto run tables.
