Hi, I am upgrading my plan but it is making me pay for the whole new plan? Can you advise? I'd like to use the higher plan asap to run more credits, but don't want to have to pay for both plans and then coordinate receiving a refund? Thx

Hey there Bryan thanks for reaching out, we donβt prorate costs or credits for plan upgrades (except for one-off credit packages). Upgrading gives you the full set of credits for the new plan. For example, moving from Starter to Explorer provides all Explorer credits. Our team is reviewing this and may implement changes in future updates. If youβve upgraded or are looking to, we can refund the lower plan so you can buy the higher plan. Let us know if you'd like to proceed!
