Issues Adding Leads to Smartlead Campaign via Clay: Need Insights

whenever i seem to add leads to smartlead campaign via clay natively, it seems to respond "Could not ad lead" to an unusual amount of leads. whenever i import csv manually into clay, i always get way higher conversion. why is this happening? here's the table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/156719/tables/t_aM48XAw8JwEi/views/gv_QUD5buzEzPfX

The issue you're experiencing with adding leads to your Smartlead campaign is likely because the lead was already sequenced in another campaign. good spot Bruno R. - can you confirm that's duplicates across all our smartlead campaigns and not just for that client?

These duplicates will be specific to your Smartlead workspace and will span across campaigns within that workspace. If you’ve worked on client implementations for this workspace, the duplicates from those campaigns will also be included in the count.
