You can do that with a free Email guard API key and integrate it in clay using an HTTP API with the following fields. Update the Authorization with your own API key from Email guard

Seeing 100 for their free ESP Tagging tool so curious how it would work for a list of 10,000

Not that I know of, I believe this limit is in place if you were to upload a csv on the platform
