When setting up new hire signals, there are a few key steps to ensure your job title filters work correctly: 1. Make sure you've properly set up your target hire filters in Step 2 of the new hire signal setup. This is where you define which types of contacts you want to track by selecting specific job titles and other criteria. 2. For job title filtering, you have two options: • Use the auto-query feature which automatically includes similar job titles (e.g., "software engineer" will include "SWE", "software developer") • Toggle "Exact Keyword Match" if you want to search for specific exact titles 3. When adding filters, check that: • You've selected the correct column to filter • You've chosen the appropriate comparison operator • You've entered the specific job title values you want to filter for If you're still seeing all new hire signals, double-check these filter settings and make sure they're properly saved.

It's also been burning through my enrichment credits because this table is adding everyone who hires joins within the target accounts.....
