    This error can occur due to a few reasons: 1. Data provider limitations: Our data providers don't use active sessions or cookies to scrape LinkedIn data live. Some LinkedIn profile information is only visible when logged in, which can result in "no user found" errors even for valid profile links. 2. To improve accuracy when enriching LinkedIn profiles, make sure you provide: β€’ Complete full name β€’ Email address (if available) β€’ Company domain These additional data points can help enhance the search accuracy and reduce errors.

    Hey Clay S. The issue is still there and your answer about looping in a third party provider doesn't help. We'd like to enrich data right in Clay if there's this option. It used to work great - could you fix that with your data provider? Here's a table Two main problems that are happening for the last few weeks

    • there's an accurate link to an active linkedin account, but Clay says Profile is not found (row 344)

    • some profiles don't get a company field populated or get an error, mostly when people work for an educational institution (row 370)
