Is it possible to turn off all clay tables? I am not sure which table is pushing bad data to Salesforce and I have almost 40 tables.
Hi Disha, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear this, there's currently not the option to turn off all tables in a workspace, but you should be able to go into individual tables and turn auto-update off. Here's how you can turn off auto-update for an entire table: Select your table name in the top left of your screen, and select disable auto update. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1137782355/ec817d03d6ccfaa53d270189/CleanShot+2024-08-07+at+10_25_03.gif?expires=1730484000&signature=f6b030e27f175f5618a5f858db7ff9d44e3d0cc59856e5bd1f6af07d2a262794&req=dSEkEc52n4JaXPMW1HO4zdbMnmz0c8aPkp6XUdDnZh0xXA%3D%3D%0A I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
You should definitely add it as a feature! Its a lot of work to go do this individually
Btw! Is CLay able to tell, which tables update on a certain date. I am getting a lot of inaccurate data pushed to Salesforce on 28th October and I would just like to find that table
Thanks for this! We're always looking to make the product better and this feedback is super helpful for us. We're going to pass this over to our product team so they can better evaluate things and see if/where this might fit into the roadmap as a future improvement. Unfortunately, there isnβt a way for you to check the timestamp of when the records were pushed. However, I can look into specific tables for you and identify which records were pushed on the 28th.
Would I have to tell you the tables?
Yes, that's right, for now this is the only solution available unfortunately.
Hi Disha, Iβve reviewed this for you and can confirm that all records up to row 1,400 were updated on October 28th.
Thanks for confirming! Appreciate it!
Its the problem source
Hi Disha, happy to help here - let me know if there's any specific part of the enrichment process I can help check with you for optimization opportunities!
My Research enrichment failed, so some of the results are inaccurate. I think I am good. I am able to fix it on my own
Actually can you increase my column limit for this table?
Hi Disha, what column limit would you need here? Happy to look into what I can do in terms of increasing those limits.
Can we do 100? I need to add additional formulas to capture all the corner cases
We currently limit tables to 50k rows, 70 columns and 30 enrichments per table. We do this to ensure we can continue providing excellent performance across the board. Unfortunately I won't be able to increase your table limits to 100 columns here, what you can try to do is delete all unnecessary columns, and if you still run into column issues then considering a write to other table solution, where you write some of the records you need to further enrich to another separate table and then pull the records back into your original table using the lookup function. Here's a video showing you how to set up a write column. Here's how to set up a lookup enrichment column in Clay: https://www.loom.com/share/ad767e3be9914d19a2f6647efe4dfa85?sid=b392b189-1b2a-4fba-a8dc-edb8032f79b1. You can read more about this feature in this docs page.
Hey there - just wanted to check in here to see if you needed anything else! Feel free to reply back here if you do.
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
