Question I noticed that you are running these searches using the Company Domain as the Company Identifier when running the people search. This might be the cause of the issue, as we have recently seen situations where, when running a people search using domains as the identifier that the search will go and find results for other companies if they happen to have a domain that is under the umbrella of a larger company. For example Pfizer appears 9 times, there is a a possibility that one or more of the domains from your company table has a domain that is associated with Pfizer, so when the search is searching that domain it gets rerouted and searches Pfizer's domain instead since it the "parent" so to speak.
A way to avoid this would be to use the LinkedIn Profile URL of companies if you happen to have them, as this bypasses the search having to check for a larger company instead searches for the domain listed on a LinkedIn Profile instead.
