Automating Lead Tracking and Enrichment for Efficient Campaigns

We use clay for leads gen and enrichment and use instantly to run campaigns. One of the things that we do is track link clicks that are included in the sequences. I need a way to automate those the capturing of link clicks, enrich to find contact numbers and then send those to our team for calling. Any way as efficient as possible. Either Clay somehow captures those or if there is another supported tool that capture the link clicks from instantly and send that data to clay.

You can set up this automation by: 1. Create a webhook table in Clay to receive link click data from Instantly campaigns 2. Connect Instantly to Clay using the Instantly integration - add an Instantly enrichment to your table to pull in campaign data 3. Use Clay's phone number waterfall to enrich contacts with verified phone numbers 4. Export the enriched data to your team for calling - you can use our "Find verified phone numbers" Claybook template for this workflow If Instantly doesn't support webhooks directly, use Zapier or another API integration tool to connect the platforms.

Hey Noor! Thanks for your patience. The webhook configuration in the table is correct but there seems to be a disconnect with your set up on Instantly. Could you confirm that you followed the steps outlined in this doc?
1.
Go to your Instantly settings.
2.
Navigate to Integrations tab. You'll find webhooks in the list.
3.
Click Add Webhook to make a new connection.
4.
Enter a destination URL. This is where we will make HTTP POST requests.
5.
Select the campaign you want to send event notifications from for this webhook.
6.
Select the event type from within the campaign to send notifications for.
7.
Click Add Webhook after all three fields are done, and you should be able to see it added to the list where you can add new webhooks or delete existing ones.

Hey Noor! Apologies for the delay. Thanks for confirming. Webhooks not receiving data typically indicates an error on the provider’s end. Could you share a screen recording/video showing your complete set up on Instantly (feel free to send this as a dm or to my email: daniela.debebs@clay.com). That'll help us troubleshoot further. We also recommend reaching out to Instantly support to verify your setup. Their support team should be able to confirm any additional steps needed to push data from Instantly.
