My scrape is saying successful for a high amount of rows but isn't pulling the number, I checked the site and has a number so it should work but isn't
Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) π«Ά Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table π
If filter by the number column with empty you'll see the amount that isn't pulling the number
Can run it again but will make me use credits again which it already has so don't want the credit to be wasted
18 hours and no one ever helped...
Hey Gabriel, sorry about that, weβve been having an increase in support requests and trying to get more people to help us out. Taking a lookk
Thanks for helping, I understand! Just trying to resolve this. Appreciate you all
Not sure why Zenrows was not finding the data but I added a Scrape Website column instead and itβs getting the phone numbers for you now
Curious though, I noticed these were yelp urls and we have integrations that could do a better job at parsing the data, in case youβd like yo check them out.
Let me know how many credits you spent and Iβll add them as soon as I can (setting a reminder to check on this) so you can re-run with the appropriate provider
It was weird because I have been using zenrow for a long time and it usually does really well and maybe like 20-50 i have to rerun to get the number but this time was much higher.
Awesome, thanks for the help. What is the difference between zenrow scrape and scrape website ?
Looks like I used about 905 credits for scrapes that got no results even though the number was on the site
Yeah i use the scrape because sometimes its a mix of yelp, bbb, and homeadvisor. I either use the data from google search on here or I will import a webscrape using instant data scraper when I want to search with yahoo. How does the yelp integration work and would do a better job at grabbing data for me
Just different scraping process in the background and the way it collects or parses data besides added functionality like zenrows offers anti-bot or html rendering
It really depends but one of them takes the url to enrich the business with more info. It makes sense though, if you have to scrape different sites to check with other tools. Perhaps if you find irregular results with one, next you could check with the other one just in case
Thanks for the info, I will play with it a bit and see which of the three can be best, we had great success with zenrow but the regular scrape or yelp integration may be even better. Will test
Thank you for helping with that and for adding them back
What is your yelp integration called ? I went to try it and dont see it Arturo O.
Hey Gabriel B., the integration should come up if you search for yelp. I think the best option would Find Business given the location that google search found and the domain alongside it.
but now that I'm checking it out it looks like it only takes the location alone so maybe not the best for this use case haha π ... just refunded you too
