Hey all I am running Apollo Searches to find People with certain roles based on the company URL. Its regularly returning me >5 results (e.g. for a CFO search). What is the best practice to filter for the most suited lead based on the returned object? I could easily narrow things down on location, etc. but not sure whats best practice to do that

Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) 🫶 Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table 😉

Hey Felix, thanks for reaching out! That's a good one, and that's probably a decent way to approach this but of course, multiple ways to filter them out based on either experience or even keywords from their profiles. How do you usually prioritize them or think it would work best for your campaign?

I mean keywords most likely would work for me well for now. But how do I do that technically?

Got it! We have a few integrations that could help you filter a list or even categorize them. First I'd suggest you extract every person into their own row, you can use our Write to table integration to extract a list of results into their own rows in a new table, here's a quick video: https://www.loom.com/share/841cc9c009194f1688bbd134b3e4f388

From there, it'll probably be easier to filter and keep the ones you'd like to reach out to.
