hi I moved down the plan to the basic one and I some of the credit I had, have dissapeard
When you downgrade your plan, your credit balance remains on your account until the end of your current billing cycle. However, once your billing cycle refreshes, your credit balance will be capped at 2x the monthly credit limit of your new plan. For example, if you downgraded to the basic plan, which might have a lower monthly credit limit, your total credits would be adjusted to match this new limit. The maximum accumulation is capped at double your plan's monthly credit limit. If you need further clarification or assistance, please request to talk to a person for more detailed help with your specific situation.
Hey Jaime, That makes sense β when downgrading a plan, a warning should appear letting you know that rollover credits will be affected. You can read more about how it works here: https://www.clay.com/blog/introducing-clay-pricing-3-0-the-most-flexible-credit-system-on-the-market Let me know if you have any other questions.
