When writing from one table to the other, this happens to us every time -> the last column always doesn’t have another column to write to. Even if I select a column and save, when I look again, it’s still empty. In the screenshot I’m referring to the Personal Linkedin column
This issue typically occurs when there's a misconfiguration in the Write to Table setup. To resolve this: 1. Double-check your column mapping to ensure all columns are correctly matched between the source and destination tables. 2. If you're still experiencing issues, try these troubleshooting steps: • Verify that all columns exist in both tables • Reconfigure your Write to Table integration • Re-map the columns • Save your changesIf the problem persists after trying these steps, you may need to request human support as there could be a technical issue that requires further investigation. Hey there Christian thanks for reaching out, do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1347419411/65baf32e1d2a789ffba395c6d35c/CleanShot+2025-01-22+at+_42I1FzxXHf%402x.png?expires=1738027800&signature=00aca1b18019192cbff52ebc2a1bb73ad4279fd35878db85504658d6cef114ba&req=dSMjEc1%2FlIVeWPMW1HO4zVws4pk3D1OggvYjA82bedAW4g%3D%3D%0A

Can you share the actual URL, not the shared one? The shared URL is for when you want someone to copy the table. We need the URL that's in the address bar at the top, where you type in the website you want to visit.
Hey Christian! Yes, this looks like a bug - I'll get our team on it. In the meantime, here's a quick fix: Try duplicating your enrichment and remapping it. This gets things working for most issues while we tackle the underlying issue. If it's not working, we can try to use the lookup to bring the missing values as well. Let me know.
Hey Christian Our engineers are curious: have you tried doing a hard refresh? Does that help with the saving problem? I took a look at your table and the values appear to be saving correctly on my end, but I want to make sure we get this sorted out for you. Here's how to hard refresh: Mac:Chrome and/or Firefox = Press Cmd + Shift + R Safari = Press Cmd + Option + R PC:Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5 Let me know!
Hey Christian, I’ve heard back from our engineering team and can confirm that we’re adding this issue to our backlog. For greater context, our product team prioritizes bugs based on the severity of the issue and how widespread of an experience it is with customers. To set expectations, items like this may not be addressed for some time. The timeline is based on the team's current existing set of work and upcoming feature releases, all subject to change. So what happens now? Now that your issue has been logged, I will tentatively mark this as closed. Please note that I will reach out to you as soon as I receive any new information about this bug. If you don’t hear from me, then the engineering team is still working on it. As soon as there's an update, this conversation will automatically re-open on my end and I will follow up with you. Do you have any further questions before I step away from this conversation until I have an update for you?
