Out of GPT Credits Error on Claygent: What's Going Wrong?

So the way GPT credits works is that you have the credits in your account, but when a key is created it is given its own limit to work with. Once that limit for the key is hit you receive the error message. So while your account may have credits, that specific key no longer has any. You can check your chatGPT usage or limits in these links (they're usually fast at helping you out if you need to increase them) - https://platform.openai.com/account/usage or https://platform.openai.com/account/limits Also, check if your API key/service has a monthly limit, meaning that if you run out of credits it stops working until you refill credits. Second also, may sure the credits have not expired.
