How to Set Optional Input Fields in AI Column on Clay

Hi! I am using an AI column (Use AI) in Clay that integrates with anthropic. I am editing the prompt in the 'configure' window as opposed to the 'generate' window. I need to include some fields in this written prompt as 'optional' so that they don't just throw an error if they are empty, as there are other columns that can still help get the solution. But no matter what I try, if I tell it /[column name], it counts it as required. If I don't specify the column I mean with the /, then it doesn't look at it. All google searches lead me to 'edit required for run toggle', but that is not relevant to this kind of column. Any one know of a way to use optional input fields in AI column?
