Concerns About Duplicate Leads Charging and Capacity Decrease

Hello. Why each time, when we load the same prospect with email, we charged? I mean, the capacity of the uploaded leads are decreasing, even though it's the same lead How we can use the same leads so they aren't being counted as duplicates and we're not charged for that? Very disappointed with this - we figured it out after testing back and forth

I’ve run into the same thing before — most tools will re-charge every time a record is re-enriched, even if it’s the same prospect, which adds up fast. One workaround is building a cost-analysis layer in Clay (or outside it) to track what’s actually new vs. duplicate, so you only enrich once and then reuse the data. We’ve helped teams set up this kind of workflow and in most cases it reduces enrichment charges significantly while keeping data quality high.
