qq: when using the "find people at these companies" feature, it appears to be free if you choose to add these people to a new table, but it costs 1 credit/row if you choose to add these people to the existing table (results show up in the column instead). why is this? thanks!
The difference in credit cost is due to the distinct features being used. When adding people to a new table, you're using the "Find People" feature, which doesn't have a per-row credit cost. However, when adding people to an existing table, you're using the "Find Contacts at Company" feature, which costs 1 credit per row. This difference allows for more flexibility in how you choose to structure and expand your data within Clay.
Hey Elias,
When you use "Find people at these companies," it's free if you add results to a new table. It only costs credits when you use the "Enrich" option.
If you're adding people to a Find Table after a search, just click "Continue for free" instead of "Fully Enrich" to avoid using credits.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
