Fixing Enrichment Date Column in Table: Issue with Row Updates

I´m working on a table and I want to have a column with the enrichment date that records the date when the enrichment was made. But when I add more rows to the table all the enrichment date is updated to the latest date. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Patrícia, thanks for reaching out! You can use a formula column to return the current date and time (if you want) when the select enrichment is present/runs. See the example column I made called "Record Timestamp" using the formula below which runs when Record ID is present. Since the waterfall only stops when a phone number is validated, it continued running without returning results. We’re currently working on increasing our rate limit with ClearoutPhone. In the meantime, I’ve refunded the credits used for the phone number waterfall. I’ll keep you updated as soon as the provider issue is resolved!

    Hi, Thank you. In the meantime I can remove ClearoutPhone, right? Another question, When I start from a company table to enrich with people I made the filter and I have 300 match results, but when I import the results to the table I only have 99. Why is diferent?

    Hello Patrícia! Yes, you can remove ClearoutPhone in the meantime. It might be also be better served at the end of the waterfall since rate limits will not be as much of an issue. With the Find People issue, did you set a limit by company? This will cause the search to show all the available results before setting limits, which accounts for the discrepancy. If you did not add these limit, do you mind sending you search parameters so I can take a look?

    Hi Patrícia, thanks for your question! What Tomi means is that placing ClearoutPhone at the end of your waterfall reduces how many times it gets called. This helps minimize the number of API requests, which in turn lowers the chance of hitting rate limits. By running it only once after other steps, you’re making more efficient use of your API calls.     Ok, got it. This is something that I do directly in the waterfall enrichment or should I add a new column to run only when a phone number is discovered?

    Hi Patrícia, the latter option is correct! I set up this column for you in your table along with a conditional formula to only run if the Mobile Phone Number column has values. Here's a tutorial for you below. I just tested the column out on a few rows and it is working correctly. Feel free to run the rest of your column and let me know if you need any further assistance!
