Hi Team, I've reported on this issue for over a year now. When I click Templates, the button apply template is unresponsive, as per the video provided. been like this for so long. please fix!

Mac: Command + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option + Command + E (Safari)

Hey Penn! Thanks for reaching out. I assume this has prevented you in the past from using templates or have you found a workaround this? Could you try a hard refresh, logging out and back in and let me know if you experience the same problem?
Mac:
Chrome and/or Firefox = Press Cmd + Shift + R
Safari = Press Cmd + Option + R
PC:
Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5
