Optimizing CSV Imports: People vs. Company Table Strategies

Clay S. - Table strategy question to minimize credits... I have a list of 5,200 contacts in a csv with valid emails. There are ~2300 companies represented (i.e. 2+ contacts at many of the companies). My goal is to minimize the cost of credits. Would I be better off: 1) importing the csv to a People table knowing some of the company enrichment will be duplicative, or 2) import the companies to a Company table so i only enrich the company one time? If the latter, is it possible to them upload the contacts to a people table and match them to the enriched company in the company table? I've only had Clay 'find' people from the company table in the past. This time I don't want Clay to search for people - i just want them to enrich the people I upload.
