is this some sort of a glitch? i’m unable to remove the verification in find work email enrichment even after clicking on the settings button and clicking on remove
The Find Work Email process in Clay doesn't have a built-in option to remove the verification step. This process is designed to find and validate work emails, which typically involves using API credits for email verification. If you're encountering issues with the verification step, it's likely due to running out of API credits. To resolve this, you'll need to purchase additional credits from your email verification provider. Once you've added more credits, you can restart the process using the "Run all rows that haven't run or have errors" option in your first waterfall column. Is there a specific reason you're trying to remove the verification step? Understanding your goal might help me provide a more tailored solution or alternative approach. Source: Findymail integration overview | Documentation | Clay University
i’m not using any api either
The Find Work Email enrichment in Clay requires either using our Clay-managed account or bringing your own API key - there isn't a way to completely remove the verification step as it's an integral part of the email finding process. However, you have a few options: 1. Use the Clay-managed account which charges 1 credit per enriched cell for basic work email finding 2. Use your own API key from a supported provider 3. If you want to control when the enrichment runs, you can use the Conditional Run feature to set specific criteria for when the email finding process should execute Sources: Findymail integration overview | Documentation | Clay University Nimbler integration overview | Documentation | Clay University
i don’t want the verify email enrichment at all, i want to use my own separate verifier at a later stage
i was able to remove the verification part until now
The Find Work Email enrichment in Clay comes with built-in verification as part of its standard functionality. You have two main options for email finding: 1. Use the Clay-managed account (costs 1-2 credits per enriched cell) 2. Bring your own API key from a supported providerIf you want to control when and how email verification happens, you can: 1. Turn off the auto-update feature in the enrichment settings to prevent automatic verification every 24 hours 2. Use Conditional Run criteria to specify exactly when the enrichment should runFor a completely separate verification process, you might want to: 1. First use the Find Work Email enrichment to get the email addresses 2. Then set up your preferred verification tool as a separate enrichment step with its own conditional run criteria Sources: Findymail integration overview | Documentation | Clay University Nimbler integration overview | Documentation | Clay University
i want to find emails, but don’t want clay to verify them, nor do i want to verify them myself within the waterfall
