Hey there, I am also using Clay managed rocket reach account and it brings back errors in every row. 1-2 weeks ago it worked like charm but now I get the following error message: Error running integration: Error ERROR MESSAGE

RocketReach enrichment failed

What could be the cause?

The "RocketReach enrichment failed" error you're experiencing could be due to a few reasons. First, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the view, as this often resolves persistent error messages in Clay. If the issue persists, it might be related to the Clay-managed RocketReach account. By default, RocketReach enrichments use this account, which charges a designated credit amount for each new enrichment. If you need further assistance, please request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat. They can help investigate the specific cause of the error and provide a more detailed solution.
