Question. I am trying to use the Mobile phone (US and Canada) waterfall, but every time it keeps saying can't create waterfall. The other waterfalls work fine except this one.
Currently, only a subset of our integrations and actions can be added as custom waterfall stages. This limitation might be affecting the Mobile phone (US and Canada) waterfall specifically.To troubleshoot this, you can try:1. Right-clicking "Add Column" > "Add Enrichment" 2. Searching for "Waterfall" 3. Selecting the data point you want to add 4. We've disabled the phone number enrichment feature for non-paid account because some users have taken advantage of this feature. It'll only be available on a case by case basis such as our interaction here! I can make a one time exception for you - I just enabled the feature to your workspace for the next week for you to be able to run phone number enrichments with the remaining credits you have!
