Excluding Customers from Lead Lists: Seeking Prompt Assistance

I'm trying to exclude any customers that I've already reached out to from a lead list. I tried to us the Ask AI features with this prompt, but it didn't work.. it returned New for ones that were in the CSV I told it to reference.
