I'm trying to exclude any customers that I've already reached out to from a lead list. I tried to us the Ask AI features with this prompt, but it didn't work.. it returned New for ones that were in the CSV I told it to reference. Can I get help with either the prompt I used or a better way to do exclusions here {{Name}} below is the toggle button Name in the prompt Prompt: #CONTEXT# You need to determine if a company is listed in the exclusions list. #OBJECTIVE# Check if the company {{Name}} is present in the 'Prospecting - Outreach Tracker - ExclusionsCSV' under the column 'Outreached Companies'. #INSTRUCTIONS# 1. Access the 'Prospecting - Outreach Tracker - ExclusionsCSV' table. 2. Search for the company name in the 'Outreached Companies' column. 3. If the company is found, return 'Outreached'. 4. If the company is not found, return 'New'. #EXAMPLES# Example Input: Company Name: 'Tech Innovators Inc.' Example Output: 'Outreached' or 'New' based on the presence in the list.

To exclude customers you've already reached out to from a lead list, you have a couple of options: 1. Use the "Exclude People" parameter when creating a new table. Upload your exclusion list to Clay first, then create a new people table and select the "Exclude People" option. 2. Create a master "Do Not Contact" (DNC) table and use the "Lookup" feature. This method allows you to check if a record exists in your DNC list before proceeding with enrichment or outreach. For the second method, you can use the "Lookup Row" feature to check against your exclusion list, whether it's in Clay or connected from a Google Sheet. Ok the exclusion list has a list of companies, how do I get the domain names from the list
