Help Needed: Clay Duplicating Rows in People's Search Results
I'm doing a people's search and Clay is duplicating the results for multiple rows. Need help on this.
It seems like you're experiencing duplicate results in your people search. This can happen when broadening your search parameters. To fix this issue, you can use our auto-dedupe feature: 1. Click the Auto-dedupe icon at the bottom right of your table. 2. Select "Enable automatic deduplication". 3. Choose a column to dedupe (e.g., email or LinkedIn URL). 4. Click "Save Changes". Alternatively, you can manually dedupe a specific column: 1. Right-click the column you want to dedupe. 2. Select "Dedupe > Delete Duplicate Row". If you need to edit your search, click on the source column in your People table to update parameters. This will append new contacts without removing existing ones. If you need further assistance, please request human help by clicking on "Talk to a person".
