Hi guys, I'm trying to get a parameter in my Clay table saying if the person's profile is an Open Profile or not (so that I can reach to the people with open profiles via LinkedIn and to people without open profiles via email). I have a list of people already in one of my Clay tables. I know how to get the parameter of Open Profile through APIFY, but I have a gap between LinkedIn profile that I have in the profile and a Sales Navigator link that I need to run APIFY. Can anyone please suggest the way to bridge this gap?
To bridge the gap between LinkedIn profiles and Sales Navigator links, you have a few options: 1. Use the "Enrich Person from Profile" feature in Clay. This can pull additional information from LinkedIn profiles you already have. 2. For Sales Navigator data, use the Find People Search in Clay. Go to Method Filter > Select External List > Paste your Sales Navigator search URL. This imports up to 2,500 results, with each costing 1 Clay credit. 3. If you need a quicker solution, try the Clip to Clay Chrome extension. It lets you add profile URLs directly to your Clay table. After importing the data, use the "write to table" feature to send the results to your existing table. These methods should help you get the necessary information for running APIFY to determine Open Profiles.
Hey Alexander,
Great question. You can't really turn a LinkedIn URL into a Sales Navigator URL unless you're using some kind of automation.
To get the Sales Navigator ID, you'd need to actually access their profile, open their Sales Navigator page, and then you'll see the ID.
It might make more sense to scrape the data inside Sales Navigator directly and then pass it to Clay for further enrichment. Clay is able to take a Sales Navigator URL and transform it into a LinkedIn public URL.
There are a few tools that convert Sales Navigator URLs to LinkedIn URLs (like clay), but I haven't found one that does the opposite.
