Is there any way to force a billing cycle to start sooner to get credits back up again?
Unfortunately, we can't force a billing cycle to start sooner just to reset credits. However, we have two options that might help: 1. Credit top-ups: You can purchase additional credits directly from your billing modal without changing your plan or cycle. 2. Plan upgrade: If you upgrade to a higher tier, your billing cycle will reset immediately. You'll get the new credit allotment added to your current balance, giving you more credits to use right away. Currently, we don't offer prorated plans or credits, but our team is considering this option for the future. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person.
