Locating Local Businesses with 1-10 Employees and CEO Contact Info

I also feel like I didn't specify that exactly! ⬆️ Essentially what I think is needed is: Finding local businesses - which I found out how to get - however somehow filtering out to 1-10 employees, only receiving the CEO instead of the whole business, and finally the CEO's (not company's) phone info.
