Issue with Contact Upload: 5,000 Contacts Lost After Reset

Afternoon, I was doing a contact upload of 5,000 contacts and Clay did a reset and everything is gone! I had 77,000 credits and it has used 10,000 yet there is no data available? Thank you

I did not touch anything in this process, it just stopped and re loaded in front of me half way through?

Ahhh thank you. My bad. It hid my table. I have just sorted that out but when I went to do another upload of contacts.. I uploaded 3,000 contacts and only 800 went into the table? Here: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/161420/tables/t_h7G4NTVvbiPB/views/gv_ZhrPoyfYwqZ8

Hey George, thanks for the follow up and sharing! Spotted the issue here and happy to clarify. The query lets you know the number of records that meet the criteria regardless of the limits applied. However, once the import is triggered it will only import based on the limits. For example, out of the 3000 contacts it told you it found, there were likely 2+ contacts for some companies but given the "Limit per company: 2" in the end it imported respecting that value, it skipped those extra leads found for the same company.
