This is expected behavior in email waterfalls. Multiple providers can find the same email address because each provider runs independently and may discover the same valid email for different contacts at the same company.
The waterfall continues running until a valid email is found or all providers have run. Since both contacts work at IBM Security, it's common for them to share a general company email like "aaron@ibm.com."
To handle duplicates, use our Auto-dedupe function at the bottom-right of your table. Enable automatic deduplication and select the email column as your dedupe identifier to remove duplicate email addresses. [1]
If you still need help with managing duplicate emails or using the Auto-dedupe function, Iβm here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what youβre trying to resolve or understand?
