How to Enrich Tables by Matching CSV Data in Clay

Is there a way I can look up and match data from a CSV or another clay table to enrich another table. For example I have names and emails of one group but in my other file either in CSV or in Clay I have the emails and just want to link it up? Right now when I go to the look up feature - it isn't showing any of my other tables even tho my account is connected
