Hey Michael, thanks for reaching out! The error message "Could not verify the Clearbit API key. Please check the key and try again." implies this has to do with the API key being used. Within your account settings I see that the only API Clearbit has associated with your account is from Clay. If you're hoping to use your own API key you will have to click 'Add connection' and input the API key associated with your Clearbit account. After adding this API key, you'll be able to successfully use your API key from Clearbit within Clay to run enrichments. Ah got it. If you're using the Clearbit account managed by Clay, the 'Find Contacts' enrichment is the only one where you'd need your own API key. The rest of these enrichments can be used with Clay credits where the menu will appear as shown in the image below. The API key being referenced in the Loom video is your Clay API key which is only used for certain functions such as 'write to table' or 'lookup single row'. This Clay API key is not utilized for enrichments such as Clearbit instead, enrichments like Clearbit are charged via Clay credits. There is an error in the 'write to table' function due to the 'Results' data point not being in JSON formatting. No worries, for context I am referencing this which can be seen in the enrichment menu. The 'Find Contacts' enrichment specifically requires your own Clearbit API key to use. The API key you created a Clearbit account with seems to be the same as your Clay API key which is why this error pops up when attempting to use this. This is the Clay API key is mainly used for actions within Clay, such as integrations with tools like Zapier or Make.
