    Your setup looks good but it may just be that these providers don't have very good coverage for that segment of people. The advantage here is that none of those providers are charging if they don't find any data... you could add a new waterfall with different providers to check if any of them would find more info

    Hey Sam, i'd try a new waterfall with these 4 that you missed: Dentists may be a tougher crowd for the providers
