So I'm looking for a solution to normalize the job title of my contacts, Like for exemple the full title for this Job title is : Purchasing Director | Transition Manager | Digital & IT Procurement | CSR | Consultant | Shared Time And I'm interest with the title Purchasing Director ? Great question, Helene! If the list of titles varies quite a bit, it would be easier to normalize this using chatGPT. Otherwise, if you just want to check if the person includes certain keywords and returns them, you could use the formula generator to do that.
