Hi guys, I'm trying to import Jobs from clay but the problem is this: I'm getting multiple jobs from the same company so how do I remove them while importing. I want to have 1 job per company?
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
another question is this: How do I increase the rate limit of open Ai, I'm getting that message as of now!
I don't even get the Tire 3 so how do I use chatgpt 4 mini with Claygent?
If I put 100 dollars, can I use Claygent + open AI mini 4 together then?
Hi Anjan, thanks for reaching out. To increase the rate limit of your OpenAI API key, you will need to increase your usage tier here: https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits To use GPT 4o with Claygent, you will need at least a Tier 2 usage subscription or above. ChatGPT will work with all tiers of OpenAI. ChatGPT: • Requirement: 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) • Works with: All tiers of ChatGPT Claygent: • Requirement: 450,000 TPM (tokens per minute) • Works with: • GPT-4o on Tier 2 • GPT-3.5 and GPT-4o Mini on Tier 4 Their support team will always grant you the request if you have prepaid the minimum amount required and they’ll be quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues.
You answer me this question: Hi guys, I tried to find companies that are hiring for RN positions from LinkedIn and I scraped 355 companies from LinkedIn using apify actor but after uploading to Clay and dedupe, I left with 45 companies. it's because one company is hiring for multiple RN job positions how do I build a big company list then? im struggling to build a big company list.
Alos, If I just put $100 bucks in Chatgpt, will I get tire 2 automatically?
Hey, thanks for reaching out! 😊 If you’re trying to build a big list of companies, why not use our Find Jobs search directly, or consider running the APIFY actor for more days? That way, you’ll gather more data efficiently. As for OpenAI, we can’t guarantee anything since we’re not them, but their support team is usually responsive. If you’ve prepaid the minimum amount required, they tend to approve requests quickly, whether it’s to increase your limits or troubleshoot issues. So add the 100$ and request an upgrade :)
you don't understand my USe case I ask the question using Apify actor in the support channel
Thanks for replying to this ticket to keep things efficient! 😊 It seems like you’re suggesting that there may be a misunderstanding, so I’m curious—what part do you feel I’m not understanding? From what I can tell, you pulled a sample, but it contained many duplicates. The likely cause is the sample size being too small or having too many criteria applied in a short time. Increasing the sample size should give you more diverse results. Let me know if this helps clarify things! 😊
I got 4.5k companies that were hiring for RN position using only Clay find job table but after that I got only 454 companies
Yes, it seems like the search didn’t return more results—this can happen sometimes but if you see that it's wrong and If you’re having issues with Apify not pulling enough results, I’d recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance. They should be able to help resolve any limitations you’re facing. Let me know if you need anything else! 😊
No No
I used clay find job table to find companies that are hiring for RN posiion and once I improt them in a clay table and start the dedude, I get only 450 companies, that's the problem I face. So what should I get a big company list? And how do I exclude previous company table from my 149 plan?
Gotcha - Yes your plan doesn't allow to exclude tables directly. A workaround would be to export the results into a table, adjust/change the search inputs, and use the dedupe function. This should help you clean up the data and possibly get more refined results. Let me know if you need help with any of these steps! 😊
another things: I can only find 5k jobs in one go with my search. what about if my search has 10k results. How do I get the rest 5k? because i treid to get the rest 5k result but unable to get them
That’s because if you use the same parameters, it will return the same results. You’ll need to segment the search into smaller batches, keeping it under 5,000 results, due to your plan’s limit. 😊 Let me know if you need help with this!
YeahI understand but I need to have 10k companies with the same parameter? what to do then? if I change the parameter, then i can't get the all the companies based upon my search critaria
Is there any way to reduce the output? For example, by adding more criteria or removing certain ones? There’s no way to bypass your plan’s limit on these searches. The only solution is to segment your search. 😊
Lol
can I do this: I have 45 unique companies that are hiring for RN positions
Now can I do the looklike companies search within clay and find out similar companies and then using claygent I find out if those looklike companies are hiring for any RN positions or not? Let me know if it works?
Yes, that’s definitely possible! If you want more control, you could create a Find Companies search with the right input, which might give you better results. Keep in mind that Claygent charges for every row, whether there’s a result or not, since it searches through all rows. However, if you use Find Jobs enrichment, you’ll only be charged for found results, which could save you credits. You could also break down the search: look for the first 15 companies and their jobs, then move to the next 15, and so on. Reducing the search in smaller increments should work well! 😊
no no I have 45 companies and how do I find looklike companies by putting those 45 companies in a table. please show me and if it's possible with my 149 dollar pack? I have gpt 4 mini + claygent so the cost will be lower
show me withi screenshot of finding looklike companies using those 45 companies
here is the clay table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/274286/tables/t_TSKj8byPZQqB/views/gv_AvnCjWsfJUgS
I’d recommend copying the links separated by commas, (you can copy paste the links in chatgpt and instruct it to do a comma separated list) then creating a new table with a Find Companies search. Add the comma-separated companies there, apply additional filters, and export to a table. From that point, you can add Claygent. 😊 https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1172224154/d5600bb2a05af6e479c5be9a/CleanShot+2024-09-07+at+_26Hv1E76fh%402x.png?expires=1725737400&signature=aa6e83818d62990b99b892368680c71b907a05c574a281423f553b890937d609&req=dSEgFMt8mYBaXfMW1HO4zRRGksNiDd2hI7KZmYAx%2Fk8fn63e0jbKSoUXGt34%0AIYFj%0A
wow thanks!
