Help Needed: Claygent Icon Replaced by Green Circle in Table Results

Β·
Β·

Hi Clay team! I need some help please. In one of my tables, I have two columns running Claygent Neon. I've noticed that the Claygent icon in the result has been replaced by a green circle in most instances, though sometimes there is a random row which does have the Claygent icon. In one of the columns, 'Alternate Phone Number', (not pictured here as it contains people's phone numbers), the prompt is quite complicated and the results I get from the green circle icon are nowhere near as good as I get from Claygent. Does the green dot mean that Claygent was not used on that row, and if so, why is it not being used when the column is set up to use Claygent Neon? Thanks πŸ™‚ Table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/31186/tables/t_3gzYRrkaYj6q/views/gv_HbTZyZ36GCy4

When you're seeing inconsistent performance and icon changes (between Claygent and green circle), this could be related to processing delays or data accuracy issues. To improve the results, especially for complex prompts like in your 'Alternate Phone Number' column, you can try these steps:1. Make sure your search queries and prompts are specific and well-defined 2. Break large data requests into smaller batches 3. Check your usage limits and API quotas 4. Verify your input data format is correct 5. Double-check your prompts before running tasksFor better results with complex prompts, you can use our metaprompters to craft more effective prompts that will work better with Claygent. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may want to request human support to look into the specific behavior you're experiencing with the icon changes.

I'm not sure any of those things are it. The prompt and setup has not changed from what was running previously with no issue, and this table is not high traffic, it maybe gets a few rows a week.

The green icon next to your Claygent output is part of a recent update indicating the confidence level of the response provided. The output reliability should remain unchanged, as we haven’t made any updates to Claygent Neon that would impact this. Could there be a discrepancy in the inputs for this specific prompt that might be affecting the quality of the outputs?

Shouldn't be, as the input is always just the phone number and email of the contact, which is coming directly from a Hubspot list

It could be a coincidence and the recent ones really don't have an alternate number listed online. I just thought the sharp drop in responses was odd

That is most likely the case here then - sorry about this Melissa!
