Oh, sorry! I misunderstood or misread the question, yes, the ability to use your own API keys is enabled in the Starter Plan.

Ahh, just noticed a new error message. It looks like your API doesn't have access to GTP-4 but it does work with 3.5. You can change the model in the settings below
